This position is responsible for developing, planning, and conducting Tag & Title developmental programs PA. Provide technical knowledge and service skills to help mentor associates to increase job knowledge. Conduct Tag & Title program review both in group setting as well as one on one at store. Responsible for initial Tag & Title workstation and file set-up at store to ensure quality and uniformity. Responsible for providing information and completing Tag & Title assessments to enable the store to significantly maintain the high level of DMV Audit ranking.
